December 15, 2022 Fit/Ritt/Wash Order Form

One quick note since we've gotten a lot of questions about our hours and pick up days for the next few weeks. All pick up days will be exactly the same as usual through the end of this year. One thing we will ADD to the mix starting this week is we will open our shop at 444 N 4th St for walk ins for the next three Saturdays from 8am til 1pm including Chirstmas Eve day and New Year's Eve day. You will be ably to get most everything you see on our order forms. You can pay at the shop and no pre-orders are required for that. We'll have some fun stuff there too for those who walk in.

Also, the first stop at Fitler Square has moved to 25th and Spruce, 25th & Spruce, Twenty-fifth and Spruce!!!

I'm just gonna run through everything here since we have so much good stuff and you all hate to read on order form day. First off, fresh fluke flounder fillet from the Carolinas. This is the best time for fluke from now til March when it is feeding and fattening in cold waters and just chilling out. And, guess what? Tons of fish, low demand, cheaper price!! Win, win, win!!

We have blast frozen whole daurade once again for the whole fish lovers! Compare the price to restaurants on this one and it's not even close!!

For the coming seasonal vibe, we got a whole bunch of fresh smelts from the Canadian Great Lakes and blast froze them for you in 1 pound bags. This is the best fish snack ever. Check out the recipe on our website for it. You'll melt..

Also, salt cod, or baccala, is coming to you in 1lb bags frozen (that's how it comes) for you to make some wonderful dish. I, personally love croquetas with potato and posted a recipe for it. Delish. But, pull out the family recipe book and have fun!

We switched over the size of calamari we usually sell. Typically, we had 2.5lb frozen blocks of tubes and tentacles. We will be switching over to individually frozen squid tubes and will pack them in 1lb bags. Easy peasy. Take one tube out or use all of them. Up to you.

More blast frozen Nova Scotia cooked lobster claw and knuckle meat. Only the good stuff, baby!!

Plenty of Faroe Island Salmon fillet including whole sides you could play with by roasting whole or curing to make gravlax or whatever. Plenty of Hokkaido scallops to sear up or eat raw. Yeah, sushi grade just like the salmon.

We will have Erivan Dairy's amazing labneh. We will have Aaji's unique Garlic Tomato Lonsa, a Coastal Indian tomato base that goes so well with the labneh, actually. Crazy. Also, you could use it to make one banging bowl of mussels..We will have more of Oui Pastries from Old City's frozen pie dough. We will also have a pretty good shot of Mycopolitan Mushrooms. The best and freshest mixed mushrooms you could get anywhere, frankly.

Also, more salmon Char Siu as well as the return of our outstanding Smoked Albacore tuna spread. Your dreams have come true...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp, pasteurized crab meat (good in the fridge for a year) and condiments and sauces...And dog treats...

All the other usual suspects are around as well so have fun, take your time, hurry up and get your order in!

Here is the order form. Bring a bag! Bring a bag! Bring a bag!
