May 26, 2022 Fitler/Rittenhouse/Washington Sq only Order Form

Lots of really great stuff this week! We have some gorgeous fresh sushi grade Albacore from the Carolinas! Beautiful ruby fish with a paler color than yellowfin but great fattiness and just delish! Poke it up, people!!!

Speckled trout is a seasonal fish and, guess what? Tis the season! This breautiful wild trout comes around once or twice a year so take advantage! They come filleted and skin on. Great to cook in a pan, roasted in the oven or even on the grill. Yummy stuff!

What can I say about soft shells other than this is the best time of the year for them. We've moved on from the North Carolina run to the Maryland run. Jumbo soft shells will be sold fresh and cleaned, meaning no face, gills or stomach plate so ready to cook. You need to cook them within two days or freeze them right away. They freeze super well as does all of our fresh seafood.

Galapagos lobster tails were a huge hit over Mother's Day. You get two frozen 6oz tails per order. Packed with meat and considered some of the best in the world. Very small harvest but we got some more. Take advantage. Could be the last time we see it til next year.

The salmon salmon is more of our beautiful Hiddenfjord Faroe Island salmon. This stuff is top of class, beautiful texture, responsibly farmed, no antibiotics or no hormones in some of the cleanest water on the planet. And sushi grade.

So many things are going up in price and we are taking them down. Some people are super greedy. It sucks but we don't. Hokkaido scallops and fresh Venezuelan Jumbo lump crab meat are dropping a $1 each in price. It ain't much but it's something.

We have some great smoked stuff coming to you from El Camino in Northern Liberties. A combo set of smoked and cooked sausages. One pack of Ukrainian style Kielbasa and one pack of Spanish style chorizo. Also, we got another shot of their delicious Canadian bacon! I use this stuff when cooking up veggies to give them a nice smoky flavor. So friggin good.

Also back by popular demand is the Mediterranean marinated seafood mix. These 7oz trays are the perfect appetizer or mix some into a salad or pasta. Amazing stuff.

Littleneck clams are the shellfish of the week. Oysters are Belles Du Jour from New Brunswick. Medium sized but packed with flavor..All the other usual suspects are around too so take your time, discuss amongst yourselves and have fun...

Here is the order form. Bring a bag! Bring a bag! Bring a bag!
