Week of March 17, 2025 - Fit/Ritt/Wash Sq Order Form

Hello everybody!!

We have so much good stuff this week and you guys are probably chomping at the bit so I will just roll right into it! (and the crowd goes wild!)

First up and a nice surprise is a beautiful shot of yellowfin tuna from Canada!! Coming off of the full moon and nicer weather at sea, the fishers went out and on the hunt! Lucky for us, they hit a nice school of fish. Sushi grade, beautiful color. This is some of the nicest we've seen in a bit and that's saying a lot. We get nice stuff. Well, you guys know what to do with it by now....poke bowls baby!! Sushi rolls! Make your own hand rolls!! it is officially Spring this weekend! Let's celebrate!!

Next up is Rainbow trout from Idaho!! If you've been unimpressed with trout in the past, this will change your mind about it. This is what it should taste like. Fantastic and reasonable, pricewise. We either have them butterflied, head off and boneless or whole with red meat with the head on and bone in. Your choice. And check out the recipe on our site for how to prepare it on its own or stuffed with half a fishcake! Yeah. Seriously. Try it...

Coming near the end of the season for a few things, we got a little shot of Boston mackerel from Maine and have filleted and vac packed them for you. This stuff is so tasty and so healthy. Packed with Omega 3s...

Also coming to an end, Martha's Vineyard bay scallops!!! We got a decent shot that should last for a week or two but you never know. After this, it's over til November. If you love them, stock up!!

As I said last week, we are in 5 year anniversary celebration mode and so, more blast frozen sides of Black Cod (also known as sablefish) for you all! We also have more lobster tails from South Africa. The best of the best!

We have Faroe Island salmon and Hokkaido scallops. No fresh Venezuelan crab meat this week but plenty of pasteurized.

And for special items, we have a couple of fun things. First up, we have more parbaked everything spiced Kismet bagels! People had so much fun with it this past weekend and the feedback as been terrific. Waiting to hear more from you guys about it when you pick up. Would love to keep this going. We a lot to offer as far as smoked fish. You need a bagel to go with that, no?

Speaking of smoked fish, We got another shot of smoked trout from Riverence, our trout supplier. This time, we decided to grab their 4oz packs instead of one pounders. Figured it would be a little easier to portion out for your brunch platters. We will be selling them two packs per order so 8oz total instead of one pound. So easy.

Also, one of the nice things about the Boston Seafood Expo is that you see products featured that you can try. And Acme now is making a terrific smoked sesame crusted Ahi tuna sliced on a board. They come in 3oz packs and are super good. We loved them! And for $8 a pack, easy peasy. Maybe grab some of our wasabi powder and reconstitute it into a paste and blend it with some sour cream to top it off. Yeah...

PEI mussels are the shellfish of the week. Northern Belles oysters from PEI this week. Nice and plump.

And Puff pastry dough from Oui Pastries is back!

See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..

I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...

Here is the order form. Bring a bag! Bring a bag! Bring a bag!
