Week of February 10, 2025 - Bryn Mawr Farmers Market Order Form

Hello everybody!!

Nothing better than being a winner! Double the celebration coming this weekend with the Birds punishing win in the Super Bowl...

And it's also Valentine's Day but, honestly, I don't think anyone really gives a crap. Hahaha..You'll have to make up for the smoochies over the week but you gotta stock up on goodies now..we have some special stuff this week..

First up is blast frozen halibut fillet from Nova Scotia! We got our hands on some a couple of weeks back when it got tangled into the tariffs threat and the price dropped. So, we took advantage. Take advantage too!! Season opens wide at the end of April so grab it while you can!

Next up is Dover sole! Whole frozen Dover soles from Holland are a real treat and a special item to make. Super easy and one of those elegant dishes you always see in movies of French restaurants. The tableside filleting. Wel, you can do it and it isn't as complicated as you think! Oui, oui, mon ami!! One fish per person is the recommendation.

What would a Valentine's Day be without lobster tails, huh? And with our South African 5.5oz tails, you get what is considered by everyone in the resto industry as the best tails in the world. Packed with meat, sweet and tender. No better than these.

Last week, people had so much fun with Super frozen Otoro and we figured that we would have more this week! I mean, why not, right? It aint cheap but it's a helluva lot cheaper tha ordering it in a sushi resto!

We have butterfly, Eagles, fly branzini. We have rock shrimp. We got another shot of cod cheeks..

For special items, we have Osetra caviar, foie gras slices, lobster ravioli. More fresh spinach linguini. More mutliseed tahini which is bomb. More smoked chorizo from El Camino.

Littleneck clams and PEI mussels are the shellfish of the week. Great to go along with Matt's fresh organic spinach linguini which is back. We also have more lobster ravioli which no one would be sad to have. Oysters are Love Points from Maine...

See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...

I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...

Here is the order form. Bring a bag! Bring a bag! Bring a bag!
