 HELLO EVERYONE!!!

I hope everyone had a toe tapping couple of days after watching the video earlier in the week. I know that I've been going down stairs in a whole different way...

Well, we did find something for a special fish and it couldn't be better timing really. Swordfish!!! It is almost the end of summer (I don't know if I am happy about it or would rather just write off this stupid year). So, perfect item for grilling. Before we know it, it'll be all indoors for cooking.

This sword comes from Canada once again. Super nice, and great colour. I've found another great video for grilling from our friend up North, Helen Rennie. Great explanation and simplifies it so anyone can do it. If you cannot grill, you can pan sear in a similar way. Have a looksie...

Clams are the shellfish of the week and oysters will be Pink Moons from PEI! One of my very favorite for it's delicate flavor. So good!

Smoked fish is still en vogue and don't forget to get some shrimp for a nice appetizer.
